With more than 12 years of experience in the culinary world, Rodrigo has established in the city of Puerto Varas, Chile, materializing all his experience in his restaurants “La Jardinera Puerto Varas” and “La Jardinera Santiago”, this last one located in one of the fashion Bohemian neighborhoods in the Capital of Chile.


Formed by a multidisciplinary team with more than 60 years of combined experience in the food industry, and serving several markets worldwide, has allowed us to get to know every demand and ensure a productive process oriented to excellence and quality in all our products.
